I was able to communicate easily with Ketut at Lombok airport taxis by email, and then my participants booked directly with him by email. All found their drivers waiting at arrivals at the correct time and the drivers were safe. I strongly recommend using them as we found the taxi touts at the airport to be overly aggressive and on our first trip had the scariest drive to our hotel ever! What a nightmare coming out of the airport getting transport. Its about an hour trip from the airport. Cost should be about $20, we had an app Go-jek which helped us get the price its like Uber.
